At Festive Finds Co., we want you to love every holiday item you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.


🎁 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition it arrived
  • Not a final-sale or clearance item
  • Not a personalized/custom product (unless damaged or incorrect)

Personalized items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.


📦 2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number, item name, and the reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


💰 3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refund amount excludes original shipping fees
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may apply

🔁 4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible products.
If you need a different item, size, or color, simply contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange or recommend the best option.


🚚 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Packaging photos (if damaged)
  • Order number

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.


🔄 6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized ornaments or custom products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable/seasonal consumables (if applicable)

🎁 7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company
  3. If it still hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, contact us at support@festivefindsco.com
