Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During busy holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand for Christmas gifts and seasonal items.

Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Yes! Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and certain seasonal or holiday-specific products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item. We’ll quickly work to replace or refund your purchase so your holiday isn’t disrupted.

Orders may be canceled as long as they haven’t been shipped. Once an order is in transit, our standard return policy applies.

At this time, Festive Finds Co ships only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future as our Christmas shop expands.

Many of our gifts and holiday items are handmade or crafted in small batches. Product descriptions will specify when an item is handmade.
